Cancellation policy As a small business, in order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we reserve that time just for you. Without sufficient notice, we end up turning away other clientele. When clients are unable to make their scheduled appointments, we are unable to best service other guests waiting for that appointment time. Our cancellation policy is somewhat flexible within 72 hours and enables us to be able to best serve all of our customers. Booking Fees: Corrective and custom color appointments will be required to prepay for either the service in full or a portion of the service cost to hold your appointment, as these appointments usually hours at a time. Booking fee will be applied to final cost of treatment at time of service. This booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE and is only transferable up to 2 times. Booking fee will be automatically forfeited upon THIRD reschedule, or in the event of no show/cancellation within less then 48 hours of scheduled appointment, at which time additional booking fees will be required to rebook/reschedule. If you are more then 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a late/no show fee of 100% of the price on the service that was booked. This fee will not be applied to any future services. This is to make sure that there is enough time to ensure the best out come for your appointment. If you can not make it to your appointment or are running late please call as soon as you can. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment.
